Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt, regardless of your location.

Return conditions:
✔️ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.
✔️ The return request must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
✔️ If the item is defective or incorrect, photo evidence is required.
✔️ If the item does not match the specified biometric measurements, the platform’s BIOMETRIC AVATAR BA   tool provides verification. This innovative system integrates advanced AI technology to minimize discrepancies between customers’ personal biometric data and the brands’ sizing patterns.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

According to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the following items are not eligible for return:
🚫 Underwear, socks, swimwear (if unsealed, for hygiene reasons).
🚫 Customized or made-to-order products.
🚫 Items with visible signs of wear or missing original tags and packaging.


3. Return Procedure

  • Complete the return form with your order details and the reason for the return.
  • Providing:
    • Reason for return – At your request or due to a discrepancy between the purchased and delivered product. If you used the BIOMETRIC AVATAR BA tool during the purchase, its data will be used as evidence between the parties in case of a dispute. If you did not use the BIOMETRIC AVATAR BA  tool during the purchase, the size indicated on the product label will be considered as proof and compared to the size selected at the time of purchase.
    • Photos (if necessary) – Photos proving that you have received a defective product or one that does not match what you ordered. If you used the BIOMETRIC AVATAR BA tool while shopping and the sizes do not match yours, you must provide photos proving that the measured dimensions do not correspond to the BIOMETRIC AVATAR BA at the time of purchase.

    Pack the item – ensure it is in its original packaging and properly secured for shipping.

    Ship the item – after receiving confirmation from our team, you will get return instructions.

    📍 Important: Depending on the seller, returns may need to be sent to different warehouses in the various European countries.

  • Our team or the seller will review your request and provide further instructions.

4. Refund Process

  • If the return is due to the merchant’s fault (proven discrepancy or defect between the sold and delivered product), the merchant will fully refund the amount paid by the customer and will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is at the customer’s request, without any claims regarding the product, the merchant will refund the paid amount, but deduct all shipping and return costs.

🔄 Once the merchant receives and inspects the returned product, they are required to process the refund within 14 days.
💳 The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
⚠️ If the product does not meet the return conditions (e.g., damaged due to customer misuse), the refund may be denied, or a partial amount may be deducted.


5. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

6. Important Notes

  • 🌍 For orders outside the EU, please check if your returned package is subject to customs or import duties, which may be deducted from your refund.
  • FASHIONS HOUSE acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers and facilitates communication regarding returns and refunds but does not directly handle product quality control.
